Mr. Rosebrock

Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,

Last Wednesday was another arraignment hearing for me in U.S. District Court on criminal charges for “displaying placards and disbursing pamphlets, hand-bills, and/or flyers” on the front fence of the National Veterans Park outside the Los Angeles VA.

To the contrary, we have been proudly displaying the American flag in honor of the men and women who have defended Old Glory for more than two centuries.

After being indicted on five of the 11 criminal arrest citations issued by VA police and a federal court trial set for June 2, the “supreme justice of the universe” stepped in and ordered U.S. Attorneys to announce to the defendant: “All charges are dismissed.”

Yes, there is a reason our nation’s motto is, “In God We Trust.”

As the VA Police, Los Angeles U.S. Attorney’s Office and magistrate federal judges kept indicting the American flag for being a placard and falsely charging us for displaying Old Glory, including false arrest citations against Mr. Patriot Ted Hayes, Marine Veterans Dave Culmer and Francisco Juarez, and Navy Veteran Pastor Wiley Drake.

“Enough!” sayeth God Almighty. He ordered the natural laws of truth and justice to overrule the man-made regulations and policies of government lies and injustice.

In federal court last Wednesday, the Los Angeles U.S. Attorney’s office informed me that “All charges are dismissed” …. “You are free to go.”
Now we are waiting for the Dept. of Justice’s written documentation dismissing all of these fabricated charges and the return of our American flags that have been falsely imprisoned under lock and key in the “evidence storage room” at the VA police headquarters.

Yesterday was our 423rd consecutive Sunday Rally of the peaceful and non-violent Veterans Revolution to “Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans Home.”

We will continue to proudly display Old Glory as a tribute to all men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform in defense of the American flag.

God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!

Retaliation against veterans is quite common within the VA. Prosecution of VA employees, medical trainees, contractors, co-conspirators, etc. injuring or killing veterans is unheard of. Veteran homelessness is an important issue. However, the corrosive environment and associated problems within the VA contribute greatly to veteran homelessness!
