Weepy, Weasly Zev Comes Unarmed to Jew-Muslim Debate

Mr. Yaroslavsky

In the same week this headline appeared “My Partner Came Out as a Man—And I Struggled With Losing My Lesbian Identity,” Zev Yaroslavsky came out of the closet as a faux historian.

Who knew?

The (thankfully) retired County Supervisor still is barking and healing his wounds from losing a chance to become mayor. In the ‘80s. Like a good little leftist, Zevvie never forgets or forgives.

While retaining cockeyed views on Jewish history, Zev used to calculate his Jewishness when he was a hot-tempered elected official. He wanted voters to admire his meticulously calculated distinctions between the synagogues where he held simultaneous memberships.

Zev, the CNN of his day, was like a Democratic Republican, a Republican Democrat, a potbellied thin man – simultaneously.

A temperamental regressive aggressive progressive, Zev co-authored a Los Angeles Times essay last week (http://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-yaroslavsky-marayati-muslim-ban-20170710-story.html ) with fire-breathing Muslim Salam al-Marayati.

Not for the first time did Zevvie embarrass himself in front of the Jewish community.

The strange twosome argues that the Supreme Court should reject President Trump’s smart travel ban from six Muslim-majority countries.

Predictably, the balmy boys wrecked when they sheepishly explained their ignorant premise.

Preposterously, the balmy boys favorably equated Jews fleeing the Holocaust with honorable Muslims and suspected Muslims seeking unimpeded, unvetted entry into our country today.

It is fruitless to parry or tarry with someone as unequipped as Zevvie.
