City Clerk Martin Cole has made the following appointments to serve as a processing/canvassing board to cover the vote-by-mail ballots and provisional ballots for tomorrow’s City Council election.

With Mr. Cole serving  as inspector, the clerk appointees are:

Jeremy Green,  Pamela Graves, Cara Flores,  Arames White,  Patricia Mooney and Allison Cohen.

The post-Election Day processing of vote-by-mail ballots and provisional ballots (verification of signature and address and updating voter records) will begin Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Dan Patacchia Room on the first floor of City Hall.

Ballot processing may occur daily thereafter between 7:30 and 5:30.

To determine if ballot processing will take place on a particular day, call 310.253.5851.

The canvassing of mail and provisional ballots will commence at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

The count of the second batch of mail and provisional ballots starts a week later,  Thursday, April 21, at 1 o’clock in Council Chambers.

Members of the public may observe all of the above process.
