Don’t bother telling your “progressive” friends (if you have any left that is — 2017 was a harrowing time) Donald Trump is clearly The Grinch who stole Christmas.

• First, he was a racist, a Nazi allied with every undesirable (need I say deplorable?) force in the nation.
• “Of course he’s an anti-Semite.” To tell you how far the denial on the left went — when I politely observed that The Donald is now “Zayde Donald” to Orthodox Jewish grandchildren, the progressives harrumphed in frustration. How could I not see what they saw so clearly?

• We just had the move-the-embassy- to-Jerusalem speech followed by a stellar performance by Nikki Haley at the U.N.
• Nikki must have missed the memo: The Trump administration is supposed to be hating on the Jews.
• Now the final nail in the coffin of the “Trump is a Nazi” camp — he commutes the sentence of Shalom Rubashkin. The “progressive” crowd must be sitting shiva — that darned Trump keeps on going off script!! — ahh, proof of psychiatric issues — any sane Nazi never would have done these things.

Or maybe…just maybe… he was never the Nazi they portrayed him to be. The Russia nothing-burger keeps on getting larger — with felonies of Obama and his cronies.

Do you get what I mean?

This Christmas will be a sad one for Trump-haters.
