He sharply criticized what he called “this all-Gentile board” for approving a plan to allow what Mr. Walsh called a flood of anti-Semites (Muslims) into the country from Syria. He said that 58 percent of hate crimes are committed against Jews, 3½ times as many as are targeted at Muslims.
