Good morning, Mr. Kane,

The much-discussed Jan, 28 settlement arrangement between the VA and the Veterans plaintiffs “is not intended to be enforceable in any court.”

But it is indeed illegal with its subversive intention to steal Veterans’ land and protect the corrupt VA bureaucrats and illegal occupants on VA property while never intending to end Veteran homelessness as promised –by the end of 2015.

The sham arrangement declares that the VA and plaintiffs will … 1. “Cooperate and work together in good faith”

The arrangement declares that the Principles of the Document are “expected to be pursued by the parties to achieve and sustain the goals and objectives contained herein, for the benefit of our nation’s veterans.”

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The VA — specifically Robert A. McDonald, Vincent Kane and Cameron Gore — has repeatedly lied to the plaintiffs about the supposedly agreed upon intentions by both parties. Non-Veteran entities have prevailed. Disabled homeless Veterans have been dispossessed.

Everything that has been done since Jan. 28 has been for the benefit of the wealthy non-Veteran entities at the expense of our nation’s Veterans.

Plaintiff attorneys Bobby Shriver and Ron Olson — neither is a Veteran — have worked tirelessly on behalf of the VA and illegal occupants while failing shamefully to demand that the VA expend whatever resources are necessary to end Veteran homelessness by the end of the year.

The ACLU has failed America’s  homeless Veterans by refusing to demand the needs of Veterans be addressed first. This, while allowing their attorneys to bow to the wants of the powerful non-Veteran special interest groups.

President Obama has singled out senior VA officials like yourself with this condemnation: “If you engage in an unethical practice, if you cover up a serious problem, you should be fired.  Period. It shouldn’t be that difficult.”

Since it is too difficult, the time is now for a full FBI, Congressional, and federal grand jury investigations into those behind the biggest, most criminal land-fraud scandal in American history.

In addition, we are calling for the Human Rights Council of the United Nations and the Vatican to fully investigate those behind the most heinous crimes against humanity on American soil, against war-injured Veterans forced to live homeless and hungry in the most dangerous  conditions imaginable as a result of this scandal.
