To mollify his minders, last week just before San Bernardino, President Obama ordered two of his most obvious affirmative action stoolies out of the White House and into the streets to scream against nonexistent Islamophobia.

Who was going to push back if his toadies bellowed loudly enough? Certainly not the complacent left-wing media.

Mr. Obama is employing the identical phony tactics he used three years ago after the avoidable Benghazi attacks when he set out affirmative action hire Susan Rice, his national security advisor, to a deliberately lie about the source of the fatal attacks to preserve his election chances.

At the so-called 10th anniversary dinner of Muslim Advocates, Ms. Lunch was on her worst behavior, just as the president planned. Since the terrorist attacks in Paris last month, Ms. Lunch said she is increasingly concerned with the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric … that fear is my greatest fear.”

There is not a grain evidence of that rancid accusation, but truth is not a Democrat value.

Continuing to lie, Ms. Lunch charged that  there has been an uptick in violent attacks on Muslims and threats against mosques across the country. That, combined with heated rhetoric from GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s call to register Muslim Americans, has Muslim community leaders worried that they could be facing a new era of discrimination.

From Breitbart News: “Lynch pontificated, ‘When we talk about the First Amendment we [must] make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not American. They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted … My message not just to the Muslim community but to all Americans is, We cannot give in to the fear that these backlashes are really based on.”

Ms. Lunch warned that the Justice Dept. could take aggressive action against people whose anti-Muslim rhetoric “edges towards violence.”

To the Muslim community, “we stand with you in this,” she ranted.

Just yesterday, Jeh Johnson, the remarkably unqualified Homeland Security secretary, repeated the Out to Lunch lies at a civil rights roundtable in suburban Virginia.

The goal of Ms. Lunch and Mr. Johnson was to distract attention from an ignorant, incompetent president’s unrelieved list of failures.
