Known as a puppet who mechanically regurgitates what her minders tell her, Ms. Bass represents Culver City and the Crenshaw District in Congress — in the softest sense.
If she has made a difference in her district, it is being kept secret.
As a blindly loyal little Dem, Ms. Bass bellows on command. Yesterday she woodenly read these hateful, lying words:
“The appointment of Steve Bannon brings a supporter of white supremacy to the Oval Office. As Executive Director of Breitbart, which publishes and propagates racist and anti-Semitic themes, Bannon’s appointment will be a continuation of his role as the architect of Trump’s contentious agenda. If he is serious about unifying the country, the President-elect must immediately reverse his decision.”
A few weeks ago, Ms. Bass did not know Steve Bannon from Steve Jobs from a stevedore.
Like leftists everywhere, Ms. Bass, a born-again racist, has no reliable knowledge about the harmful lies she tells with silky ease.
She speaks as if she were ordering a loaf of bread – but that is life in the Trump Era for low-wattage, childishly gullible Democrats in Washington.
