For six hours during the heart of Saturday, the Vermont Corridor Community Cleanup and Waste Drop-off will be celebrated.
Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 o’clock, all kinds of materials should be brought to 7901 S. Vermont Ave., at the Crenshaw Christian Center.
Paper shredding only will be accepted until 12:30.
Other waste may be dropped off at any time.
The community cleanup portion starts at 8:30 in the morning.
