Jim Clarke, marking his first month as mayor, detoured via the scenic route to reach this evening’s holiday-delayed 7 o’clock City Council meeting.

“We talk about ways we can work together, leverage each other’s contacts and abilities to promote Culver City economic development,” Mayor Clarke said.

“Many businesses are interested in Culver City. It is because of our high quality schools and housing that is somewhat affordable, relative to the costs in other communities, and good public services.”
