The Culver City Sister City Committee is organizing a 13-day cultural exchange to the beautiful city of Iksan, South Korea, July 22-Aug. 3.
While the dates are tentative, space is available for only eight students in grades 9-11, ages 14 to17, and two adult chaperones.
Applications will be evaluated on a first- received basis.
Most trip expenses are covered, with the exception of the round trip ticket (chaperones’ tickets are covered).
The Culver City Sister City Committee requires a two-year commitment from families and chaperones by hosting a Korean student or chaperone in the summer of 2018.
The commitment includes a paid membership with Culver City Sister City Committee.
Housing is a homestay with a host Iksan family.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a student delegate representing Culver City.
