Just in time for the holidays, the Friends of the Sandy Segal Youth Health Center will host a holiday boutique sale on Saturday afternoon. Nov. 14, at 2 o’clock at the Francia Turner Fate Studio, 5502 Sawtelle Blvd., Culver City.
Free parking will be available across the street at the U.S. Bank. The boutique will include exquisite glasswork, unique paintings and fashion jewelry by internationally renowned author and artist Ms. Turner Fate.
This sale features her award-winning children’s books and “Journeys Through America,” a series of paintings celebrating the beauty of America.
Ms. Turner Fate will donate 25 percent of her sales to the Friends of the Sandy Segal Youth Health Center to help support the services provided by the Health Center.
In addition to Ms. Turner Fate’s creations, local designer Ricky Flor will be selling girls’ dresses, ladies scarves, wraps and accessories.
They will be perfect for the holidays or any special occasion. Some pieces are samples and one-of-a kind. Mr. Flor is also donating 25 percent of his sales to the Health Center.
At the Sandy Segal Youth Health Center on the campus of Culver City High School and Middle School, free physical and mental health services are provided to children living in Culver City or attending Culver City schools. The nonprofit Center is supported through donations. The Friends group serves as the fundraising arm of the Health Center.
