‘Beauty and the Beast’ Opens in 8 Days

The players of Culver City’s dee-Lightful Productions, for hometown actors from 7 to 17, return to the stage next week.

Dee-Lightful, which has been providing musical theatre education for kids since 1999, will present six performances of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast Jr.,” over four days.

Starting next Wednesday, dee-Lightful actors will perform on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 at the Vets Auditorium, 4117 Overland Ave.

There also will be two matinee shows of Beauty and the Beast Jr., both on Saturday, at 12:30 and at 3.

All tickets are $10, except for School District teachers and staff. They will be admitted for no charge.
