Fellow Veterans and friends of Veterans:
Remember this date: Monday, Nov. 15, 10 a.m., in Courtroom 1 at 312 N. Spring St., downtown, when I, the plaintiff, will be seeking a summary judgment. (See the attachment.) It is very important that Veterans and non-Veterans attend this hearing.
The Los Angeles VA bureaucrats have and will continue to discriminate against our Constitutional right to demonstrate and protest their flagrant abuse and misappropriation of Veterans’ property, and their neglect and forced endangerment of 20,000 homeless Veterans in Los Angeles County.
Fellow Americans, please unify.
Show your opposition to the VA bureaucrats and the misappropriation of Veterans' land and funds.
Remember, these VA bureaucrats are federal employees.
They are being represented by U.S. attorneys from the Dept. of Justice, which are federal employees; and the U.S. District Judge that will hear the case is a federal employee.
The defendants are Donna Beiter, Executive Director of GWLA VA, and Ronald Mathis, Chief of Police, GWLA VA.
If you want to send a powerful message to our federal government that you disapprove of the way our Veterans' property and funds are being misappropriated, and homeless and disabled Veterans are being neglected by VA bureaucrats, please attend to support our right to protest.
Thank you,
Robert Rosebrock, plaintiff.
