During the early portion of their 10-day stay, which began last Friday, Mayor Mehaul O' Leary distributed “Certificates of Visit” to eight students from Kaizuka and their three chaperones during the Culver City Sister City Committee-sponsored welcome picnic at Syd Kronenthal Park.
Throughout their visit here, the student and adult delegates are learning about daily life in the United States through staying with Culver City families and visiting several city departments and local attractions.
