I can understand a non-white person trying to pass for white because of the historic privileges that have been showered on the majority population.
What kind of crippled mind, though, tries to scam her audiences by brazenly committing the reverse crime?
Why would a sick white woman, a liberal, dare to brazenly lie by passing herself off as a wounded, woe, woe is me, minority? Because in academia, where liberals rule and she works, lying is acceptable behavior, from USC to Tufts.
Prof. Liz Warren, Harvard faculty member, Massachusetts left-wing Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate, failed bureaucrat and a hillbilly from Oklahoma, is going for the sympathy vote this season. Sympathy pleas traditionally fool liberal voters.
Feel Sorry for Me
With new information steadily leaking about a body of lies by which she has propagated, Ms. Warren, 62 years old, falsely has been passing herself off as an Indian for decades for two reasons:
• First, to advance her university career, from cooperating campus to cooperating campus, and
• Now to cadge votes from the easily misled New Englanders.
With a career built on lies, Ms. Warren finally has come under scrutiny by normal people. No genealogist can find a hint of Indian blood in Ms. Warren’s family. “Oh, dear,” said Ms. Warren.
The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that 15 years ago the Fordham Law Review identified Ms. Warren as Harvard Law School’s “first woman of color.”
Only recently were other Warren lies unmasked. In official university documents dating back to the 1980s, Ms. Warren has been phonily passing herself off as a minority, claiming she is 1/32nd Indian, a lie she never has been able to validate.
What she refuses to admit is that she is 31/32nds yahoo.
“I am a victim, a victim like you,” Ms. Warren, a fawning favorite of President Obama’s, chirps along the campaign trail where Massachusetts voters have been chewed up and massaged by the historic creativity of the Kennedy dynasty.
It may be recalled that earlier this week, Sen. Curren Price (D-Culver City) sadly sought to gain sympathy for government-dependent, work-averse types he favors who belong to the odiously phrased “communities of color.” Sen. Price, copying fellow confused leftists, cannot bring himself to identify races, cultures or artificial constructs by name and risk exposure.
“Communities of color” has a track record of clicking with the unwashed, which is why the senator is using it like a billyclub.
Leftists like Sen. Price, friend of fake victims, and Ms. Warren, fake victim, loathe precision. They rely on vagueness to arouse their easily quenched rabble. In the immortal phrasing of Mr. Obama, why don’t we redistribute the wealth of Sen. Price and Ms. Warren to their work-averse friends instead of yours and mine? Her lies about her income notwithstanding, both Democrats are financially comfortable.
Just as Mr. Obama labels as racists any who oppose him, Ms. Warren’s claims about being a lady of color are working beautifully. She has held a solid lead for months over the Republican incumbent, Sen. Scott Brown.
