Below is a Get Well Soon card addressed to Michael Feuer, Los Angeles City Attorney candidate.

Dear Mike,

Hollywoodhighlands.org blogs what others are thinking but are much too polite to say to you in public.

Here goes:

You are hardly in shape for a come-from-behind victory over Nuch.

What's the matter with you,Mike?

The lingering after-effects of that serious auto accident?

Did you check out of the hospital a bit too soon?

Right now, how serious are you about winning? You came off last night on stage as weaker than your main opponent and distracted.

Do you have the intestinal fortitude to campaign like there is no tomorrow for the next seven weeks leading up to Election Day?

You must to have any chance of winning.

Mike, after closely observing you debating your healthy opponents at Temple Israel last Monday and then the follow-up last night at the Taglyan Ballroom on Vine Street, you are not the same man you were before this serious accident.

Go ask your closest friends about your fading chances against the incumbent City Attorney.

Honestly, your prospects for whipping Mr. T aren't very good.  What's even worse, you are  acting as if you know what your fate is !

Is this election race imperiling your post-auto accident health? You leave the impression of frailty. An adjective hitherto never attached to you!

Your situation may be worsening. You didn't come off as feeble at Temple Israel. But unfortunately that's how you presented yourself last evening.

Nuch was so in charge during the latest debate that he seemed to be actually going easy on you!

The mainstream press is not going to level with you, Mike, the way hollywoodhighlands.org is.

Carmen was practically oozing  self-confidence in the Tinseltown face-off.

Mr. Trutanich firmly believes he is going to lengthen his lead and continues to wear you down.

What's up, Mr. Feuer?
