Salary Schedule
Revised certificated K-12 salary schedule, with a starting salary of $41,000 and a top salary of $79,981.
Health Care Benefits
A new maximum annual contribution by the School District, as of this past Jan. 1:
Single, $3,455.97. Two-party, $6, 911.94. Family: $8,985.48.
Extra Duty Rates
The hourly rate for extra duties was increased from $30 to $35.
Elementary class coverage rate increased also from $30 to $35.
Adult School
For ADA teachers, covering a minimum of 18 hours:
Step I: $38.74, Step II: $43.49, Step III: $48.30.
Addition of ADA teachers who work at least 12 hours or more per week to the Teachers Union bargaining unit.
ADA teachers, covering 12 to 17 hours:
Step I, $37.25, Step II, $41.82, Step III, $46.44.
Finally, new grievance language was approved, enabling the School District to file grievances against the Teachers Union.
