Re “With a New Charge, Ansman May Face a Death Sentence or No Parole” and “4 Years, 5 Months Later, the Bennett Family Can Smile”

Mr. Noonan:

My name is Scott Ansman, and I believe you know my situation.

I feel that telling what has transpired. The unfairness received by the California justice system will show that not all is what it seems.

Throughout this entire legal process, there were issues and items that had arisen, that never were brought to the attention of the court, the jury and you.

I am not out to point the finger at Joanne, but at the entire investigative process.

I never read any of your articles since day one. So I cannot critique.

I would like to discuss the entire issue with you because I feel that putting out there all that has transpired through the past seven years will give an understanding of me and the case.

Not only the legal system, but how the military covered items, and how certain members of the service destroyed and refabricated evidence and were instructed on what to say at trial and to authorities.

I have recently received discovery from my case. I have found many questionable items that show what I am saying and prove it.

Please let me know what I/we need to do to arrange the discussion of this.

I have the documentation, and I am willing to share it with you.
