Gangsters took over Hollywood Boulevard on Tuesday night, terrorizing tourists and other pedestrians because Mayor Garcetti decided to pull cops from Hollywood in order to protect the vulnerable Crenshaw District from still another night full of anti-Zimmerman racist verdict micro-rioting.
In the wake of the Trayvon Martin judicial injustice, dozens of organized boulevard robbers found an opportunity to flood an exposed Hollywood After-Dark, freely accosting passersby, stripping them of their valuables until too-little/too-late LAPD reinforcements arrived on the crime-ridden scene to do nothing else but make the marauders scatter in all directions.

According to the L.A. Times, LAPD released the only two African Americans arrested on Hollywood Boulevard last crime-ridden evening.
This, only after admitting that the pair were innocent victims of racial profiling!
Their major crime appears to have been Walking While Black on Hollywood Boulevard.
The actual perpetrators got away.
