Neither rain, snow nor Election Day has managed to slow the passion of parents and others supporting Measure EE, the parcel tax initiative, even with just a few hours left until the polls close tonight at 8 o’clock. Supporter Bonnie Wacker said the enthusiasts were caught by the camera in front of the joint campus of Farragut School and the Middle School. Measure EE, which would assess owners of each parcel of Culver City property $96 for five years to supplement sagging School District revenues, requires a two-thirds vote today to pass.
