Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,

First, thanks to all who showed up for last Sunday's 300th consecutive Sunday Rally.

The VA police's disruptive assault on our peaceful demonstration was straight out of the Communist handbook.

Below is an intro letter to Congressman Henry Waxman along with a full letter that is attached including photos of Sunday's intervention and disruption by VA police.

There's also an attached letter to Gen. Eric K. Shinseki and we place full blame on him.

Also attached is the American Legion letter of support from the 29th District in Orange County.  This is a major step forward for our cause. Mindset and loyalty in Orange County, compared to Los Angeles County, are distinctly different.

What's happening with Veterans property at the National Home is a microcosm of the greater picture for America.

Join the Veterans Revolution to “Save our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans Home.”

God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!

The Waxman letter:

December 17, 2013

Congressman Henry A. Waxman
U.S. Representative – House of Congress
33rd District of California

Re: VA’s Retaliation and Disruption of 300th Consecutive Sunday Rally

Dear Congressman Waxman:

Attached is a
letter to you along with photos exposing the malicious assault on our 300th Sunday Rally by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Also attached is a
powerful letter of support from District 29 of the American Legion that was recently hand delivered to the National Commander.

In addition, attached is a
2009 letter and article send to the Secretary of the VA regarding violation of civil rights.

Congressman, the time has come to make major changes at the largest VA in the nation that is under your jurisdiction. That change can only happen with regime change, and the necessity for new and trusted leadership is now.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Robert L. Rosebrock
Director, Old Veterans Guard
