School Board candidate Prof. Patricia Siever says she hasn't talked to any of the “old power brokers” in Culver City.
This, after receiving the endorsement of one of the eldest and maybe still most powerful figures in Culver City: Albert Vera?
Makes you wonder if she asked him for it or whether Albert just offered?
Is Albert Vera's endorsement still coveted by local candidates?
Does it still hold sway over enough voters to have any legitimate effect on the election?
Sounds like a subject that should be explored further.
