To Sunkist Park neighbors:
Yesterday I contacted a representative about a business that wants to locate on the corner of Berryman and Sepulveda, where the old 20/20 Video was located.
The business is 7-11.
They want to have a community meeting to let us all know about their plans.
I asked that 7-11 notify everyone in Sunkist Park (all 1,000 homes) and not limit their notice to the 500 feet requirement.
I also asked that they set up a meeting at El Marino Language School for the community to get input from us.
There was talk about a meeting on or near March 17. I will keep you informed of any news I have on this upcoming meeting.
