Glenn Heald, President of the Culver City Management Group union, definitely hits the nail on the head when he explains his position with the city as “the guy in the room with no clue.”
I call this fluff. We need to cut the fluff to save other city services.
If you ask this group how long their positions have been around, the average would be less than ten years.
Cut the fluff, not the workers who perform vital city services.
