I looked at the proposed list of “green” projects by Rethink Development of Culver City, and this is my take on it.
All of Rethink’s buildings look like square boxes to me.
Why are they putting a modern square box building in Downtown right next to the “art deco at its finest” theatre complex, across the street from the historic Culver Hotel and right next to an amazing antebellum manor look at the Culver Studios.
This is really making an architectural hodgepodge right in the center of our city.
Why not stay consistent with the architecture of Downtown?
