I always said that a picture of the Natatorium, the Culver City School Pool, would be a great poster child for promoting the need for improving our schools with the passage of Measure CC on June 3.
I was happy to get a mailer from www.CulverCityKids.org promoting Measure CC with a picture of the Natatorium prominently displayed on their postcard.
Hopefully, our School Board will realize that many people will be voting for Measure CC because they think that the picture of the Natatorium on the mailer means that the money raised from Measure CC will be allocated in “fixing our school pool” and not be diverted into using $10.3 million to build a “multi-purpose” room for 80 Culver Park Continuation School students.
