City Council candidates Meghan Sahli-Wells and Jim Clarke should be ashamed of themselves.
Their core supporters have spent the past months tearing down other candidates in Tuesday’s election.
First, it was Andy Weissman and Scott Malsin; now they are obsessed with Scott, handing out a hit piece that sinks lower than anything I’ve ever seen in Culver City.
Ms. Sahli-Wells and Mr. Clarke, didn’t you sign an official pledge to run a clean campaign?
Didn’t it say you would not use these tactics, and that you would stop your supporters from doing so?
Well, the people who back you are openly behind this. Your hands are not clean.
You have shown us what your character is like, and what kind of leadership you offer. “Thanks but no thanks,” I say.
