Merry Christmas: Protests at Sony Today and Tomorrow

I am thoroughly disgusted with Sony Pictures for caving last week to North Korean tinhorn dictator Kim Jong-un terrorist threats by pulling “The Interview” from its Christmas release.

I am calling on all citizens to join me in a protest vigil in front of Sony Studios’ Overland Avenue entrance today and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

We will be asking Sony Studios to not give in to the terrorists and to release “The Interview” film to the general public.

Sony’s cowardly actions are akin to the appeasement practiced by Neville Chamberlain of Great Britain when he sought to appease Hitler before the outbreak of World War II.

What have we become if we let a dictator intimidate us with threats because he doesn't like a satirical movie about him? Should we now ban all the “M.A.S.H.” movies to appease the terrorists?  Where will it end?

Free speech is paramount in our society.

We must take the necessary risks and stand up to the terrorists.  Not hide like a wuss and quake in our shoes.

Anyone who wants to join me in the vigil may call 310.486.7408
