John Nachbar, City Manager of Culver City, and Tom Hatch, City Manager of Costa Mesa, are very similar:
Both are forcing out current employees with seniority to bring in a newer workforce at lower pay and benefits.
Shame on you, City Council and city manager for treating employees with no respect or dignity.
No loyalty to current employees.
Hit the road back to Kansas.
