Re “Council Ruling Looks Like a Victory for the Church”
When my wife and I bought our house on Farragut Drive, we knew there were five schools and a large church nearby. We also knew that the city had given us the protection of permit parking.
When we purchased our parking permits this year, we knew that we had permit parking on our street.
When the Grace Lutheran Church began in the 1950s, they had bought no property for parking. They still have not purchased any space for parking.
How can this decision to revoke our permit parking be called fair?
