Mr. Mielke,
Why don't you do the School District a real favor:
Take one of those higher paying jobs in another district?
Perhaps then we would have a union president who really represented the teachers.
Do you honestly believe there is some School Board conspiracy to underpay and overwork the teachers you say you represent?
On second thought, I will bet you do.
