I live next to Dan Sukal. My wife and I are at our wit’s end wondering what this project will do to our property values.
The traffic will be unlivable. The height of the building will put most people off due to the fact that a four-story building does not belong in a two-story neighborhood.
The most disheartening issue is that the developer is so stuck on building to the maximum allowable height.
The developer, when pushed, did admit that he would not want that building in his own backyard. That should speak volumes…
We will have to wait and see what happens.
