The popular television personality Huell Howser filmed several Culver City landmarks recently, and they will air on KCET’s “California’s Gold” episode, Thursday, Sept. 23, and Friday, Oct. 15, both nights at 7:30.
Featured will be Doug Newton, General Manager of the Culver Hotel. He will bve discussing the illustrious history of the building. The TV crew also headed to the Veterans Memorial Building for views from the building’s tower while learning of its background from Julie Lugo Cerra, Culver City Historian.
