Every time I see a sidewalk that’s left busted for decades, every time the city jacks up fees and taxes, every time I find City Hall closed for their three-day weekends, every time I read about how Culver City picks our pockets faster than any other municipality, I think of City Manager Jerry Fulwood and how he used this town as his own, personal ATM.
This arrogant, incompetent, self-serving hooligan deserves to be thrown out now.
Unfortunately, Fulwood will still be laughing all the way to the bank at our expense, long after he's forgotten.
