Re “Offended by Zirgulis’s Reaction”
In response to Ann Lidiot's question on how I would treat her if I were teaching her:
Ms. Lidiot, please pay attention in class and stop talking to your handlers.
Now please turn to page 1, paragraph 1, of Real Estate 101. Read out loud to the class how investors use due diligence to investigate a property before buying it. A perfect example of this is the Culver City High School swimming pool, which has sat unused for the past 17 years.
Ms. Lidiot, wouldn't you agree that if you were an investor that you would want to look at a property and examine it before committing millions of dollars to purchase it?
If not, please tell the class what you would do.
