Regardless of our past history, scientific technology just oozed along. But, during the 20th century, useful and a different style of inventions developed that made tremendous strides to ease basic daily necessities, plus more time to relax.

Also, at the same time, more horrific inventions were created to cause fear amongst most people
who claim that the war is the answer.

Now, we must seriously develop a learning procedure that will help the slow and fast reader, the curious and the bored as well as the bright child’s learning abilities with a positive outlook on learning, and outlook on
life.

No Child Left Behind does not prepare students
for critical inquiry.
