The real last word on the Bernard Parks-Forescee Hogan-Rowles race for the 8th District Los Angeles City Council seat is:
The unions can not buy Council seats through the election process.
When it is all said and done, Ms. Hogan-Rowles is 0-for-2 against Parks.
So who is less popular or believable?
