Re “A Prime Example of Black-on-Black Racism”
Regarding this morning’s intemperate, specious nearby rant by my estimable colleague Mr. Wattree:
Now you know why the Angry Left frequently is difficult to digest with a straight face by normal people.
In his nearly 1100-word critique of Prof. Cornel West, Mr. Wattree committed two egregious breaches of rudimentary civility:
• He failed, despite many false starts, to identify what Prof. West said?
• He purposely ignored explaining how or why Prof. West erred. He only screamed.
Mr. Wattree’s refusal, rather than inability, to articulate the imaginary offense illustrates why prudent America relatively rarely elects a hard lefty such as Mr. Obama to the White House. It is comparable to renting your home to a band of juvenile delinquents.
Witness the state of America after four years of Mr. Obama’s dictatorial style of redistributing the wealth of working people to those who choose welfare over labor.
He has reduced our country to such a pitiable state that last month Mr. Wattree, in a two-part essay, felt compelled to boast, instead of being embarrassed, by nearly two dozen ways Mr. Obama has poured your money and mine into the pockets of lazy Americans, who decline to work.
Only Criticize Mature Squirrels
Disappointingly, bordering on unbelievably, Mr. Wattree took umbrage at Prof. West’s criticism of a fellow named Jay-Z because the academic is a fellow black. , According to Mr. Wattree’s creative reasoning, Mr. Z’s skin color should place him beyond the pale of criticism.
I believe the mailman failed to deliver my copy of the Black Bible that asserted a black man in Kansas should not criticize a black man in New Hampshire because…
Did anyone in this room achieve any learning, accumulate any knowledge or sense of discipline while attending Marcia Fudge University?
Isn’t it too early in a new month for the undisciplined left to behave so preposterously?
Finally, I need Mr. Wattree to explain a curious matter that has arisen numerous times in the month since Election Day:
• Why is it racist for 56 percent of white people to vote for Mr. Romney while it only is enlightened for 93 percent of blacks to vote for Mr. Obama?
