In response to an email from Dan O’Brien:

I never mentioned any names.

Guess you picked the short straw this time. You are not the first.

Hope you didn’t go for the 70 Virgin deal, too!

You must not have read the “disclosures!” I am Culver City’s most feared “TRUTH” teller.

When you get into POLITICS, the more you LIE the higher you go.

Must admit I am just doomed to get lower. Maybe I will reach China.

I rarely get a direct email response to my many articles posted on thefrontpage.

Anyway I usually would not respond in public to a private email, but after reading your mean-spirited letter I want to put you on “Blast.”

Received two other emails from friendly fire.

For the record, I have seen your name in several articles published in the PATCH regarding the schools, some time ago.

You are new to thefrontpage. The Page is for the HEAVYWEIGHTS. Timid at heart, need not apply.

Excerpt from Aug. 9, 2011:
It’s official:

“Most Feared Truth Teller” candidate Gary Abrams (A- is for ABRAMS), (“Volunteer of the Year”), is “RUNNING” (this time) for Culver City School Board. Considered a longshot in the last election two years ago, mainly and again in this election due to what some considered his unorthodox style, “TRUTH,” plain and simple.

Decided to run mainly because it will provide a forum to share with citizens how DYSFUNCTIONAL Culver City politics operates.

See how fast the “POLITICIANS” can scramble once the light is turned on. (Hint: Do not put your money on the cockroaches.)

What started it all.

The stupidity never ends.

School near freeway, kids sucking in toxic fumes. Guess they never heard of A/C with a filtering system. No MONEY! But an $$$$$$$$$ Eight Million dollar Sports Complex on its way.

And that school has the highest API score, too! Some schools have been known to fix the test scores? Do I smell an investigation?

My thoughts are that SMART kids usually have at least one smart parent. Maybe in El Marino’s case it could be different. Not necessarily smart parents. So if that is the case, then I owe you and all the El Marino parents an apology. My BAD!

What smart parent would allow their precious little ones to be exposed to the TOXIC exhaust of trucks and automobiles from one of California’s busiest parking lots, the 405 Freeway. Some kids (after-school programs) are exposed up to 9 hours daily.

Do you have kids at El Marino?

BoardPresident Scott Zeidman does, I have heard.

Noticed you were not concerned with the health of the kids sucking daily doses of deadly carbon monoxides. Only the thought of the API scores.

Read that you are supporting the MACHINE-approved candidates, that explains it all. Will deal with that later.
