Why Should Any Ordinary Be Allowed to Cruise a Privileged Block

The trouble with The Privileged is that they start to suffer a case of irreversible trembles when those nasty downstream Ordinary people get too close.

Hopefully, none of the aroma from the Ordinaries will be leak into the skin of The Privileged as they sniff for furriners getting, oooh, ick, too close.

I have been digesting the nearby letter from Ms. Province.

Without knowing her age, I will take a conservative guess that most or all of those awful, distracting, perhaps not even perfumed Ordinaries who surround her property were in place before she landed on Culver City’s most gilded –  only gilded – block.

Sniff, sniff.

For those who may not have been paying sufficient attention this week, The Perfumed Privileged of the 10700 block of Farragut Drive are the only Perfumed Privilegeds in the whole darned community legally allowed to shoo away the Ordinaries five days a week.

Hand me a can of spray, Murgatroyd. A car full of Ordinaries just whizzed by. Thank goodness they did not slow down.

To complain about businesses and institutions that were in place before you became a member of Culver City’s retro version of the Gilded Age strikes me as ragingly disingenuous.

Murgatroyd, I beg you do not tarry. Spray me fast. I sniff more Ordinaries entering our block. Make them go away before they taint us again.
