          Has the physical development of students suffered in order to fulfill requirements of the federally mandated No Child Left Behind project?
    There are probably various reasons for low scores on the fitness test.
The School District’s physical education program may need to be reviewed. They may have to find a remedy for resolving the notion that our children are losing their overall fitness.
