It has only been a few days since my new website went live, and already I have received hundreds of visits. Judging by the dozens of mostly positive comments, I would call my recent late-night efforts a success.

Now that I have crested this peak, I see the larger horizon. So many possibilities are competing for my focus; an electronic press kit, creating a video link, adding digital distribution for both albums, and making sheet music out of my favorite solo tango are only a few. The volume of options is breathtaking in a most literal sense!

While I am excited to continue the momentum forward, I am also ready to add a twist. It is time to make my projects even a higher priority in my life so that I begin working on them before most early morning people would go to sleep. For example, why don’t I practice my cello before attending to others’ needs?

It is wonderful I am focusing on my own projects so diligently. And, they are worth doing in daylight hours — before I begin to wilt.

Check out www.carterdewberry.com and stay tuned for more daylight excitement to come soon.
