College President Mark Rocha raised the possibility of space in the westerly side of his campus sometime after the middle of ’07. Complexities exist at the moment. The Saez brothers, big-screen thinkers, doers and visionaries, have introduced the concept of a reconfigured nursery that would include a coffee bar offering a sui generis product, The Jungle’s own blend of coffee. Further, Mr. Saez said, City Hall has pledged to help smooth the path for him and his brothers to find a new site, whether it is in or out of Culver  City. “We told Mr. Silbiger that if it was not possible for the city to help us, we wanted to know then,” Mr. Saez said. “He said his goal is to keep us in Culver City.” For the owners, “it is important to be within a 5-mile radius of Culver City,” Mr. Saez said.
