A message for the entire community:
The Culver City High School Booster Club’s Casino Night is Saturday, from 6:30 to 11:30, at the Vets Auditorium.
If you don’t have your tickets yet, you have two choices:
They are available on line for $20 each or at the door for $25.
Each participant will receive $100 in chips. In addition to appetizers and an incredible dessert bar, there will be a no-host bar, featuring alcohol donated by Mehaul O’Leary of Joxer Daly and Kevin Kunisaki of LaBrea Liquor and Rush Street, among others. This event is, of course, limited to adults.
In addition to more than two dozen table games, there will be a silent auction featuring Disneyland tickets, restaurant gift cards, hotel stays and other activities.
Live auction items include an autographed Kobe Bryant jersey, becoming a pre-game ballboy/ballgirl at an upcoming Clippers game, and dinner with the Culver City Fire Dept.
The entire list is below.
Craig Ferre’, surfboard maker extraordinaire, has donated a custom, handmade, surfboard to the Booster Club. Raffle tickets are $5 each, and the winner will be announced at the Casino Night. This custom board is yellow and white, with the Culver City Centaur logo prominently displayed.
In keeping with the Casino Night theme, this year we will be raffling off ($5/ticket) an antique slot machine and hotel stays in Las Vegas and Laughlin.
The Booster Club helps to support student clubs, organizations, athletic teams and other extracurricular activities of Culver City High School through financial support and volunteerism.
