Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans,
U.S. District Judge S. James Otero has ignored a temporary restraining order sought one week ago by the ACLU against the Dept. of Veterans Affairs to stop the Veterans Park Conservancy from any further illegal construction on federal VA property.
Co-conspirators: Judge Otero allegedly has conspired with Sue Young executive director of VPC, a pushy group of wealthy homeowners, Donna Beiter, executive director of the West Los Angeles VA, and her fellow bureaucrats Jeff Blake and Erik Guiterriz, U.S. Rep. Henry Waxman and U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, to violate federal law and construct an illegal public “Hollywood amphitheater” on federal VA property.
Attached are photos taken yesterday as illegal contractors continue to work non-stop and prepare for pouring of concrete in this sham of a project orchestrated by mega-millionaire Gerald Oppenheimer.
Congress and the FBI must step in and investigate, indict and prosecute the biggest land-fraud scandal in American history that has forced tens of thousands of disabled homeless Veterans from these grounds while self-serving ingrates take over to build a public park and entertainment center.
Congress must begin immediate impeachment hearings and remove S. James Otero from the public trust as a U.S. District Judge.
