[img]2226|right|Councilman Huizar||no_popup[/img]According to Ms. Francine Godoy, Councilman Huizar exposed himself to her while he was seated in his city-owned car, parked near her home after she had been summoned to the curbside by a phone call from Mr. Huizar.
He demanded that she, as deputy chief of staff, bend down and perform oral sex there and then in exchange for his future endorsement of her candidacy for the Community College Board.
Gulp.
