All the while, they knew that the very next week they would consider an appeal on another 5- story traffic and parking nightmare that had already been unanimously turned down by the Planning Commission, the 9900 Culver calamity.

Shame on you!

We Are Not Children

Do you really think you can dismiss us like a class of first graders with a pat on the head? Job well done? Tell us what we want to hear and just go home?

Guess again.

It seems you chose to ignore the recommendation of the Planning Commission because “promises” were made in that overused backroom.

How We Got Here

A series of bad judgments on your part have gotten Culver City in a financial bind.

Now you want to perpetuate your dubious legacy by making more costly blunders to try to pay for the past ones.

Not on our watch!

Be a Promise-Keeper

Live up to the promises you made in public on July 2.

Lower the density allowance.

Limit building height in the vicinity of single-family homes.

It is clear that we, the people, must keep a closer eye on our elected and appointed officials as we are told one thing while we are in the audience and quite another thing happens once we go out the door.

Watching You

Be assured we will attend every meeting that contains the word “development.”

We will strive to ensure that our city moves forward with proper redevelopment.

Not overdevelopment.
