The second annual Culver City 5K/10K Run, will take place on Father's Day, starting at 7 a.m.

The 5K and 10 K runs – benefitting both Train 4 Autism and the Culver City Education Foundation (to support students with special needs) – will start and finish in Downtown, at Media Park, adjacent to The Actors Gang.

The 5K and 10K will be followed by free 1K and 1-mile Kids Runs, which will be on the same course.

Families are encouraged to brig young children and enjoy a free Fitness Expo and Family Fun Zone.

Runners and walkers of all levels are invited.

Each finisher will receive a medal and a tee-shirt. Overall winners will receive unique awards created by students with special needs.

The Culver City Run takes place on Culver and Washington boulevards, from Main Street to Center Street, just before Sepulveda Boulevard, and back.

The following streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 5 a.m. until 12 noon 5 to ensure the safety of all race participants:

  • Culver Boulevard, from Venice Boulevard to Watseka Avenue: All streets perpendicular to Culver within this segment will be closed at Culver.
