We have had Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday.
Starting tomorrow, the Culver City Friends of the Library will offer the December Deal in the Book Sale Room at the Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Ave.
In preparation for the upcoming renovation of the library, the Friends group is clearing out the Book Sale Room to start fresh with new inventory.
Through Dec. 21, the Friends will be selling gently used books at a bulk rate.
Cost will be only $5 for anywhere from one to 20 books.
Visitors are encouraged to bring bags and shop heartily.
This evening there will be a special pre-sale.
It will start at 6:30 for those families attending Storytime with City Councilman Jim Clarke.
The Friends of the Library will be re-stocking the Book Room throughout the month, and the community is advised to keep checking in.
A special program is planned for the library on Saturday, the Snowless Snow Party at 2:30 where hand-knit holiday items may be purchased.
